Regulatory Matters In The Chemical Process Industry

Thomas J. Wallen, P.E., Esq. counsels clients in compliance with the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). As both an Attorney at Law, and a registered Professional Engineer, Mr. Wallen is uniquely trained to specialize in this intensely technical multidisciplinary field. He is certified by the Department of Homeland Security in Chemical-Terrorism Vulnerability Information (CVI). He is also a distinguished Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and an Adjunct Professor of Chemical Engineering at Howard University, in Washington D.C.  Mr. Wallen is skilled in multivariable, multi-objective partitioned risk analysis which he learned at the Center for Risk Management at the University of Virginia.
